Shipping Policy

CubaMobile sends your SIM Card through Unites States Postal Services (USPS), we use the USPS First-Class Mail® service as a regular service in our shipments, allowing you to receive your SIM Card within a period of no more than 72 hours. Tracking service is not included for the package.

If you purchase your SIM Card through Amazon.com, you must contact the Amazon.com customer service department to find out the status of your package.

Our packages contain the following items:

– SIM Card.
– Welcome postcard.
– Installation Documentation for your SIM Card.
